Join Braun Sensei for live online training designed to introduce students to the foundations, principles, and unique movements of traditional Feeding Crane. Whether you are completely new to the martial arts or an experienced practitioner looking to expand your knowledge, these classes provide a structured and welcoming learning environment for all skill levels.
Students will learn: Fundamental Feeding Crane techniques, Traditional stances, footwork, and striking methods, Sensitivity, timing, and body mechanics, Partner drills and practical applications, Breathing, balance, and internal development and the philosophy and history behind the art.
Classes are held live every Sunday evening at 7:00 PM (Central Time) using Google Meet and continue throughout the year. Cost is only $20 a month.
Every class is recorded, allowing students to download, review, and study the material anytime at their own pace — making it easy to train consistently no matter your schedule or location.
